• Employees of the North Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church who work within the boundaries of this conference
• Lay persons who have been licensed, commissioned, or consecrated by this conference and who are serving on the staffs of the churches affiliated with this conference
• Employees of the Wesley Manor. who work in Frankfort, Indiana
• Employees of the Districts of the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church in Indiana
• Employees of the churches within the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church in Indiana
• Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union
• Employees of this credit union
• Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment
• Members of their immediate families and organizations of such persons.
